6、Multiphase boosting pump system 






Features:

Decades of field experience have demonstrated that the use of multiphase pumps can reduce wellhead pressure, thereby increasing production, and can boost the full well stream mixture of oil, water, and gas from the gathering station (battery) to a central production facility. This solution is ideally suited for both new and mature fields.

The core of a multiphase boosting system is the multiphase twin-screw pump. A multiphase twin-screw pump must be capable of handling a wide operating range of liquids and gas, as well as transient conditions in terms of pressure and temperature. multiphase pumps are manufactured under strict production standards and quality control (QC) procedures, and are fully tested in-house before being integrated into complete systems.

The multiphase pumps are suitable for handling gas volume fractions from 0 to 100% and are ideal for high-flow, high-pressure production and transportation applications in oil and gas fields.
